Refunds will be instant to payments made via debit cards, wallets & UPI. However, refunds to certain credit cards can take a day.

2.Can refund once processed be reversed?

No, refund once processed can not be reversed. In the case of card payments, a chargeback can, however be filed.

3.Can I integrate Haoda instant refunds with other payment gateways?

Yes. But, merchants using other payment gateways and sending payment details need to be PCI DSS compliant.

4.Can I do instant refunds for payments received through international cards?

Yes, instant refunds can be done for international payments.

5.Can I do instant refunds for payments received through Net Banking?

Yes, instant refunds can be done directly to any Indian bank account.

6.Can I do instant refunds for payments received through wallets like Paytm, AmazonPay etc.

Yes, instant refunds can be done directly to Phonepe, Amazon Pay & Paytm wallet.

7.Can I do instant refunds received through UPI payments?

Yes, instant refunds can be done directly to all UPI IDs.
