Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy
• Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others
• Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, making recommendations and adjustments as needed to improve our social media presence, engagement, and ROI
• Maintain and develop social media campaigns as they relate to marketing and sales goals
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand messaging and marketing campaigns are cohesive
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends, changes in algorithms, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in social media management or marketing
• Experience with creating and executing social media strategies across channels
• Strong writing skills and experience generating content for social media
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
