Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Participate in the development of marketing plans to support sales initiatives
• Manage sales forecasting and budgeting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the [industry or relevant field]
