Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting HR-related programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee files and maintaining HR data in the company's HRIS system
  • Providing support to the HR team in managing employee life cycle (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, etc.)
  • Supporting payroll processing by verifying employee data accuracy, reviewing payroll reports, and addressing employee payroll inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures as directed by the HR Manager or Director
  • Assisting in the coordination of employee engagement activities (training sessions, company events, etc.)
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and performing background checks
  • Ensuring compliance with all HR-related regulations and requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies and procedures, and related regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
