Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and completing other sales-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new customers while retaining and upselling existing clients
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Plan and execute sales strategies and campaigns within assigned sales territory
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on product features and benefits
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• Record and maintain sales data and activity in CRM software
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues and complaints
• Stay informed of industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field of study
• Minimum of - years of experience in field sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned sales territory
